Invite types
Two invite roles for clients: read-only (cannot comment) and comment-only (can place and reply to pins).
Read-only invites#
The client sees the live preview, the approval status, and the launch readiness checklist. They cannot leave comments, cannot see GitHub or admin tools, and cannot access raw configs or logs.
Comment-only invites#
Read-only plus the ability to place comment pins and reply to existing ones. Still no access to source, deploy controls, or sensitive data. Both invite types are revokable and expirable.
